High school graduation is often bittersweet for parents. Their babies aren't babies anymore — they're turning into young adults and will soon be leaving the nest. But at the same time, their young adults are finally leaving the nest!
One dad planned ahead for the feelings he'd feel when his daughter would finally graduate. Starting in first grade, Washington dad Kevin Scruggs interviewed his daughter Mackenzie on camera after her first day of school and every first day of school after that until 12th grade, A Plus reports.
For his daughter's graduation gift, Scruggs edited together a video of all her interviews, and it's incredibly heartwarming. The video already has over 1.5 million views, because lots of people are clearly feeling the graduation feels right now.
"It's been surreal," Scruggs told A Plus said. "I hope it's been an encouragement to other parents. I just happened to capture my thing on video but there's lot of parents out there that are engaging with their kids in a variety of really fun ways."

Happy graduation to all the recent and upcoming grads, and of course, to their parents too.
