The Rocketbook Color Notebook is just like a regular coloring book, except way better. Your kids can create colorful drawings with crayons, markers, colored pencils, and paint, and then use the Rocketbook app to capture images of their art and send it to friends and family. They can even transform their works of art into animated GIFS.
Rocketbook is endlessly reusable — all kids need to do is create, wash it off, and create again. Forever.
Capturing images of your kids' art isn't just fun for them to send to whoever they want, it's also a way for you to hold onto their art without actually... holding onto their art. And it's simple to do. With the stroke of a crayon, kids can either text message their finished projects or save them in cloud services, like Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud.
The best part is, they can do it all without the help of a grown up. Just assign each icon, which can be found on the bottom of the notebook pages, to the destination of your choice — a phone contact, an email, or a cloud drive. Then by marking an icon on a page and scanning the page with the Rocketbook app, the processed art is automatically sent to the right person or place.
Each notebook comes with 12 pages, including blank pages, dot-grid pages, and lined pages. You won't even need to buy special markers, crayons, or colored pencils — the notebook works with the entire Crayola line of dry erase and washable products.
Rocketbook is currently being funded in a Kickstarter campaign, but has already far surpassed its goal. The company says it plans to be ready for shipments starting in November — just in time for the holidays!
