Starbucks Announced Its New Delivery Service, Because Coffee Is Life

It was bound to happen. Starbucks has developed a delivery service that will bring coffee to wherever you are, because the company gets that when you need coffee, you need coffee.

Starbucks Delivers was created in partnership with UberEats to make sure you're always adequately caffeinated and have all the pastries you need on hand.

If you're worried about your hot beverages staying hot and your cold ones staying cold, don't be. Starbucks says the items will come in custom packaging to ensure the temperatures remain the way they should.

"We are driven to create new and unique digital experiences that are meaningful, valuable and convenient for our customers," Roz Brewer, group president and chief operating officer for Starbucks, said in a statement. "Partnering with Uber Eats helps us take another step toward bringing Starbucks to customers wherever they are."

Starbucks Delivers will launch across the U.S. in early 2020, and it'll be available via the Uber Eats mobile app on iOS and Android.
