How Can I Save My Website Favorites?

The Internet has a wealth of information for users. If you have been browsing the Web and have found websites that you tend to visit often or that you would like to remember for future reference, you can add them to your favorites list to save time in returning to them in the future. No matter which Internet browser you use, you easily can "bookmark" sites so that you can quickly access them in the future.

Apple Safari

Step 1

Double click on the "Safari" icon on your dock to launch the program.

Step 2

Click on the URL bar at the top of the browser window then type the website address. Press the "Enter" button to go to the website.

Step 3

Wait for the site to load then click the "Bookmarks" button at the top of the browser.

Step 4

Click the "Add Bookmark" button.

Step 5

Click the "Add" button to add the bookmark.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step 1

Double-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon on your desktop to launch the program.

Step 2

Click on the URL bar at the top of the browser window then type the website address.

Step 3

Press the "Enter" button to go to the site.

Step 4

Wait for the site to load then click the "Favorites" button at the top of the browser.

Step 5

Click the "Add" button to add the site to your favorites.

Mozilla Firefox

Step 1

Double-click on the "Firefox" icon on your desktop to launch the program.

Step 2

Click on the URL bar at the top of the browser window then type the website address.

Step 3

Press the "Enter" button to go to the site.

Step 4

Click on the "Bookmarks" button at the top of the browser window then click the "Bookmark This Page" icon.

Click the "OK" button.
