
Translating a website into a different language can be difficult. Many websites charge to translate websites from one language to another. These websites can charge anywhere from $5 to $40 to translate a website, as of 2010. There are a few websites that will translate websites for free.
Yahoo Babel Fish
Step 1
Open your Internet browser and go to Yahoo Babel Fish. (See Resources.)
Step 2
Scroll down to a box that says "Translate a web page."
Step 3
Enter the URL of the website you would like to translate in the empty box.
Step 4
Click the drop-down box labeled "Select from and to languages."
Step 5
Select which language the website is in and the language that you would like it to be in.
Step 6
Click "Translate," and it will automatically take you to the website and put it in the language you chose.
Free Translation
Step 1
Open your Internet browser and go to Free Translation. (See Resources.)
Step 2
Click "Web Translation" at top of the website in green.
Step 3
Copy and paste the URL you would like to translate in the empty white box.
Step 4
Click the drop-down box and select which language the website is in and what language you would like the website to be in.
Step 5
Click "Translate," and it will redirect you to the website translated in the language you chose.
Google Translate
Step 1
Open your Internet browser and go to Google Translate. (See Resources.)
Step 2
Copy and paste the website you would like to translate in the empty white box.
Step 3
Click the drop-down box next to the words "Translate from" and select the language the website is in.
Step 4
Click the drop-down box next to the words "Translate to" and select the language you would like the website to be in.
Step 5
Click "Translate," and it will redirect you to the website translated into the language you chose.
