A .JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) file is a popular file format used for images. A ,DOC file, short for "document," is file format most commonly associated with Microsoft Word, as it is the default file extension for documents created in that software. You can easily change a .JPEG file, or even multiple .JPEG's, to a .DOC file or multiple .DOC files in just a few steps.
Launch MS Word and and open a new blank document.
Drag and drop the JPEG image into the document.
Click the Windows icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, hover over "Save As" with your mouse, and click on "Word Document." Give your DOC a name and click "Save."
