How to Change Your Country ID on Apple
If you use Apple iTunes, MobileMe or iChat, then you have an Apple ID and password associated with your account. Your Apple ID and password not only protects your account data and helps prevent unauthorized purchases, but it also lets Apple know which language and version of iTunes, MobileMe or iChat to direct you to when you access an Apple application. When you initially created your Apple ID, your account was tied to the country of origin that matched up with your credit card information and address. If you have since moved, you'll need to update your Country ID within your account so that it accurately reflects your country of origin.
Log in to your iTunes account with your Apple ID and password.
Click on your Account Settings page if it doesn't load automatically when you log in to your account. This is the page where all of your account information is saved, including your Country ID.
Click on the "Change Country or Region" button on the upper right side of the Account Settings page to update your Country ID. All of the countries where iTunes, iChat or MobileMe are available are listed in the drop-down menu. You will need a valid billing address and method of payment registered in the country you select.
Select the country you live in from the drop-down menu, and click the "Change Country or Region" button. You will be re-directed to the terms and conditions page for the country you've selected, and will then be prompted to update your billing information. Once you've updated all of the necessary fields, the country ID will be changed for your account.
