How to Change Your Signature in Novell Groupwise 7.0
Novell Groupwise is an application used on Novell networks. Similar to Outlook on Microsoft networks, Groupwise is the main client application where users log in to the email server, download email and send and receive communications. Groupwise is similar to other email applications, but small details, like changing signature text, are is distinct from other email applications like Outlook. As long as you have an account on the network, you can insert a text signature in only a few steps.
Click the "Tools" item in the main menu at the top of the Groupwise application window. From the menu options, select "Options." A dialog box will open with a list of setting options.
Double-click the "Environment" icon in the dialog box. The icon is the first in the dialog box and it's the image of a desktop computer.
Click the "Signature" tab in the properties window. The "General" tab is selected by default, and the "Signature" tab is the last one in the list.
Check the box labeled "Signature" to active that text box where you can add, edit or delete your signature. Select the option labeled "Automatically Add" to include the signature on all outgoing email communications.
Add your signature to the activated text box. Once finished, click the "OK" button. This closes the properties window. Start a new email to test the settings. When a new email is started, the signature should automatically display.
