How to Check Your Address on Street View
Google Maps is one of the most innovative map tools available. It gives you the ability to view traffic, terrain, satellite photos and Street View. Street View is a map view of panoramic pictures of roads taken by actual people employed by Google. You view the road as if you were walking or driving along it. Using the mouse, you can also view the selected road in 360 degrees. You might even be able to see your own home from Street View.
Go to the Google homepage.
Click “Maps” at the top, left of the Google page. This brings you to Google Maps.
Type your address in the search box and click “Search Maps.” You will see a pin on the map pointing out the address you entered.
Click “More” on the left side of the page. This opens a drop down menu.
Select “Street View” to view the address in Street View. Alternatively, you can drag the orange character in the shape of a person to the street you want to view. The street has Street View available if it lights up in blue when you drag the man over it. The man is located above the zoom bar on the left side of the map.
