Dial the cell phone number tied to your iPhone. Let the call ring through until your voice mail recording begins to play.
Press the * key on the phone's keypad. Type the iPhone's four digit voice mail password with the phone's keypad and press the # key on the phone's keypad. The iPhone's stored voice mail messages will now begin to play in sequential order.
Press the 7 key while a message is playing to delete the message. Press the 9 key while a message is playing to save the message. Press the 4 key while a message is playing to replay the message. Press the 5 key while a message is playing to find out the message's date, time and the phone number the message came from.
