How to Delete a Page Break

By Maya Austen

A "page break" is a marker showing the end of one page and the beginning of another. The Microsoft Word application generates page breaks automatically when a page is filled with text or graphics. Page breaks can also be manually inserted, allowing users to begin a new page even if the prior page is not filled. Deleting a page break is simple no matter what version of Microsoft Word you are using. Before the page break can be deleted however, you have to be able to see it. Page break markers are visible in MS Word's "Normal" and "Draft" views.
