How to Delete Songs From iPhone Without iTunes
Generally, you use iTunes on your computer to manage music on both your iPod and your iPhone. However, if you find yourself away from your computer, and you are sick of hearing a certain song play on your iPhone over and over again, use your iPhone's iPod functionality to delete the song. Unfortunately, you can't delete a song permanently without using iTunes; this is only a temporary solution until the next time you're at your computer.
Click the "iPod" button on your iPhone's home screen.
Select the playlist that contains the song you want to remove.
Tap the "Edit" button.
Tap the delete button --- the small red circle with a white line running through it --- to the left of the song you want to delete. Tap the "Delete" button.
