How to Delete the Conduit Toolbar

Conduit toolbars are browser add-ons that allow you to perform several functions, including Web searches, blocking pop-ups, and saving bookmarks. If you are no longer interested in your toolbar, you can delete it from your browser. Whether you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, removing your Conduit toolbar is quick and simple.

Internet Explorer

Step 1

Click the "Start" menu and click the "Control Panel."

Step 2

Click on "Programs and Features" to launch the "Programs and Features" window. You should see a list of installed programs.

Step 3

Scroll down, click your Conduit toolbar, and then click the "Uninstall" button. If prompted, enter your administrator password, and then click "Continue." Confirm your selection to remove the toolbar.

Firefox

Step 1

Launch Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu. Scroll down and click "Add-ons" to launch the "Add-ons" manager.

Step 2

Click the "Extensions" button to display your add-ons.

Step 3

Scroll down, click your Conduit toolbar and click the "Uninstall" button. When prompted, click "Uninstall" again to remove the toolbar.

Step 4

Click "Restart Firefox" to complete the removal process.
