How to Do Envelopes on a Mac
Creating envelopes on a Mac computer is a relatively simple task the using Apple-provided application Address Book. Whether your computer is running OS X 10.4 (Tiger), OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), Address Book provides a quick and simple interface to create and print envelopes. It's easy to create and print a single envelope for one selected contact or envelopes for a group of contacts, or for the entire address book.
Things You'll Need

Click on the Apple in the upper left-hand corner of the main menu bar. Click on "System Preferences" and then "Accounts." Click on the "Open" button next to Address Book Card. Click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of this window to enter or change your address, which will print as the return mailing address on the envelopes. Click the "Edit" button again to save the changes.

Select a Contact Group by clicking on the Group's name to create envelopes for the entire contact listing. Click on only one contact name to print an envelope for an individual as opposed to a group of contacts. Click a contact's name and then the "Edit" button to add or edit an address for that contact.
Click on "File" on the main menu bar at the top of the window. Choose "Print" from the drop-down menu. Ensure the Style drop-down menu is set to Envelopes.
Choose the correct envelope size under the Layout tab. Check the options to print the contact company information and country as desired. Click the "Color" box to change the color of the printed addresses. Change the font by clicking the "Set" button and choosing the font type and size.
Set the orientation of how the envelopes will be fed into the printer under the Orientation tab. Click the "Print" button once all options are set.
