The service requires you to install a browser add-on to stream movies to your computer. For slower Internet connections, you can buffer the video for a few minutes to allow Netflix to download a portion of the movie to your computer and improve your video performance.
Access the Netflix website and select a movie you would like to play (link in Resources).
Click the "Install Now" button when prompted.
Click "Save Now," or select the "Silverlight.exe" download link in your browser when prompted.
Select "Run" and click "Install Now." Follow the prompts in the installation wizard to install Silverlight.
Click the "Close" button and restart your browser.
Access the Netflix site again, and select the movie you would like to begin watching.
Access the Netflix website, and select the movie you would like to play.
Press the "Pause" button in the video toolbar once the video starts playing.
