How to Draw a Triangle in Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop allows users to edit photos and create graphics. Users can open photos taken from a camera or scanner and add enhancements to the pictures using effects, color, lighting, text and shapes. Default shapes in Photoshop include rectangles, ovals, circles and polygons. The polygon shape tool allows users to draw custom shapes including triangles.
Click "Start," "All Programs" and then "Adobe Photoshop."
Click "File" and then "Open." Select the Photoshop file you wish to add a triangle to and click "Open."
Click the "Create a new layer" icon from the Layers palette.
Click the "Color Picker" icon from the Tools palette. Select a color from the Color Picker window and click "OK."
Click the "Shapes" icon from the Tools palette. The Shapes toolbar appears at the top of the page.
Click the "Polygon" shape from the list of available shapes.
Type "3" in the "Sides" box of the Shapes toolbar.
Click inside your Photoshop file and move your mouse in or out to draw a triangle of the desired size. Let go of the mouse. The triangle appears in your file.
