How to Export PDF Files to Excel

Exporting PDF files to Excel is useful when you need to edit the content of a PDF spreadsheet. You can quickly and easily export PDF files to Excel using an online PDF converter. PDFtoExcelOnline.com, Cometdocs.com and PDFtoExcel.org are all websites that provide a free PDF converter to complete this process.

Using PDF to Excel

Step 1

Navigate to the PDF to Excel converter (see Resources).

Step 2

Click the "Browse" button and select the PDF file from the computer that you would like to export to Excel.

Step 3

Select "XLS" to ensure that the PDF file will be exported in the Excel format.

Step 4

Enter your email address and click "Convert." After doing so, the PDF file will be exported to Excel and emailed to you.

Step 5

Repeat this process for each additional PDF file you would like to export to Excel.

Using Cometdocs

Step 1

Navigate to the Cometdocs website (see Resources).

Step 2

Click the "Browse" button in the first row of the converter and select the PDF file from your computer that you would like to export to Excel.

Step 3

Select "PDF to Excel" from the second row of the converter.

Step 4

Enter your email address into the third row of the converter and click "Send." After doing so, your PDF file will be exported to Excel and emailed to you.

Step 5

Repeat this process for each additional PDF file you would like to export to Excel.

Using PDFtoExcel.org

Step 1

Navigate to PDFtoExcel (see Resources).

Step 2

Click the "Browse" buttonand select the PDF file from your computer you would like to export to Excel.

Step 3

Enter your email address and click "Send." Your PDF file will be exported to Excel and emailed to you.

Step 4

Repeat for each PDF file you would like to export to Excel.
