How to Get Gmail Contacts

By Brendan O'Brien

Google's Web-based email service, Gmail, allows you to create a list of contacts for your account. This is a handy feature if you are on the road a lot and need to keep track of your contacts, since you can log in and manage them from anywhere. You can also use the site's export functionality to send your contacts to an email application, such as Outlook, or your mobile device, such as your iPhone. Gmail also allows you to create vCards from your contact list.
