How to Insert a Blank Page at the End of a Document in Word 2007

By C. Taylor

To insert a blank page at the end of your document, use the page break function of Microsoft Word 2007. This enters a hard-return, which ends the final page and creates a new blank page. This is helpful if you want to add a notes page to your printout, where you can conveniently jot down additional notes.

Step 1

Open your document in Microsoft Word 2007.

Step 2

Hold the "Ctrl" key and press "End" to move your cursor to the end of your document.

Step 3

Hold the "Ctrl" key and press "Enter" to add a page break, which inserts a new blank page at the end of your document. Alternatively, click the "Insert" tab and click "Blank Page" from the "Pages" group.
