How to Install iTunes on Your Computer
Apple's iTunes application can be installed on your computer for free. It now offers music, movies, TV shows, free podcasts, audiobooks, and free university courses as well. Most people who are really into music probably already have iTunes. If you don't have it yet, here's how to install it.
Things You'll Need

Bring Up Apple's WebsiteGo to apple.com/itunes or click on the link in the Resources section. The home page offers a free download of the latest version of iTunes. Click on the Download iTunes button.
Optional -- Provide Your Email AddressType in your email address in the space provided if you'd like to be notified of special offers, Apple news, software updates, etc. Examine the hardware and software requirements on this page. Get help if you need it to determine what your machine will accommodate.
Download iTunesIf everything is OK, click on "Download Now." Click on "Run" for the application iTunesSetup.exe. You may need to click on "Run" a second time.
Follow the Installation InstructionsThe iTunes installer will appear to guide you through the installation steps. Click on Finish at the end. The iTunes logo shortcut should appear on your desktop.
Get Started with iTunesThere will be clickable options on the web page you were on to "Get Started with iTunes." These learning options include "What is iTunes," "What's on iTunes," and What's New on iTunes." Examine these at your leisure.

- You may need to restart your computer before you can open and run the downloaded iTunes application.
