How to Invert Screen Color on Mac OS X

Inverting your screen color can come in handy while writing in a dark room, keeping your screen light output low while working in bed or just as a change of pace in your computer environment. In this lesson, you will learn a quick tip on how to invert the screen color on Mac OS X.

Step 1

Hold down the key-combination "Command-Option-Control" with three fingers on your left hand.

Step 2

Depress the "8" key on your keyboard. Your screen colors will automatically invert.

Step 3

To change the inverted color back to the normal Mac color screen, repeat the process.
