How to Listen to Voicemail From Another Phone
Many mobile and landline phone providers offer voice mail to their customers. Voice mail lets callers to your phone leave a brief message when a call is unanswered or a busy signal is received. The message can be retrieved at your earliest convenience. In most cases, you can access the voice mail from any location. To access your messages from another phone, you must manage the messages and system settings.
Dial your 10-digit telephone number from a landline or mobile phone.
Listen for your voice mail greeting to begin.
Press the "*" (star) key when your greeting begins to play. Depending on your phone service provider, you might be required to press the "#" (pound) key instead.
Enter your voice mail password when prompted by the system.
Listen to your voice mail messages. Hang up the phone when you are finished.
