Step 3

Select the table, right-click it and select "Properties." Go to the Row tab and select "Specify Height." Change the height to "5.2" and change "Row Height Is" to "Exactly. Click "OK."

Step 4

Insert a text box into the first cell of the table. Go to the Insert menu, click on "Text Box" and draw the text box into the cell. This will be the inside right panel of the card when folded, so type your sentiments here, using the font and formatting you desire.

Step 5

Select the text box, right-click it and select "Cut." Click inside the cell, go to the Edit menu and select "Paste Special." Paste the text box as a picture and then use the rotation handle to turn the text box upside down so that the document will print and fold correctly.

Step 6

Click inside the bottom right cell. This will be the front of the quarter fold card, so insert a graphic, enter text or add anything else you choose. You do not need to rotate the objects in this cell. If you want to add anything to the back of the card, do so in the bottom left cell and leave the objects right side up. To add graphics or text to the inside left panel, insert them in the top right cell and rotate them.

Step 7

Save and print the card. Fold the paper in half horizontally and then vertically.
