How to Make Funny Photos for Free Without a Download

Fun Photo Box
Go to the Fun Photo Box website.
Click and choose one of the four effect tabs labeled "Face Effects," "Photo Effects," "Animation" or "Cards." Click "Tools" to begin applying your photo effects.
Upload a photo from your computer by clicking "Disk." Select "Internet" to use an online picture.
Click "Go" when you are finished making your funny photo. You can then save it to your computer, publish and share it on the website or continue to add more effects to your photo.
Click on your desired effect on the Funny Wow site.
Click "Upload" to select your photo.
Crop and resize your photo in the right-hand box by dragging the corners or sides in or out and the moving the overall box around.
Click "Go View Final Result" to see your edited photo with effects.
Click "Save to My Disk" to save to your computer, or to edit further click "Select Another Effect" or "Use Another Photo."
Select "Click Here to Make a Blingee Now" on the right-hand side of the Blingee site.
Upload your photo by clicking "Browse" or click one of the tabs on the left-hand side to use a photo from a URL, Facebook, Bebo or Photobucket.
Click "Make a Blingee" once you have chosen your photo. Follow the instructions when you see "Your image is ready, Click Here to Continue to the Next Step"
Click any desired effects from hundreds of choices pictured below your photo. You may also enlarge your photo, make it smaller, add text to it, rotate it and fill your background with color. Click on your photo to place the effects.
Click "Save" on the left-hand side of your photo when you are done to save the photo to your computer.
