How to Pay BSNL Telephone Bills Online

Bharat Sanchar Nigan Ltd is the largest telephone provider in India, offering services such as landlines, WiMAX, GSM, broadband and Fibre to the Home. BSNL gives its account holders two easy ways to pay their bills online. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a receipt by email or via text message to your mobile phone number.

Quick Pay

The Quick Pay system does not require you to register for an account. Simply visit BSNL's online bill payment portal at and select the "Quick Pay" link. Select the type of bill you want to pay and enter your account number, telephone number and email address. Choose a payment method and enter the appropriate bank account or credit card information. Click "Submit" to finalize the transaction when you are satisfied with your entries.

Paying with an Account

If you would prefer to register for an account so you can track your past payments, click the "Sign Up" link instead of "Quick Pay" when you reach the bill payment portal. Input the required personal information and choose your username and password. Return to the bill payment portal and login with your new account information. Select the bill you would like to pay and enter your payment information. Click "Submit" to finalize your payment.
