How to Print a Kindle eBook

The Amazon Kindle is an eBook reader that allows you to download eBooks, blogs, magazines and newspapers wirelessly. It offers a color feature that simulates reading printed text on paper. Of course, there may be times when you want to print an eBook if you want to share it with others who don't have a Kindle reader. In this case, you can print the eBook, you will just need to copy the text and connect the Kindle to your computer.

Step 1

Press the "Power" button on the Kindle to turn it on. Select the eBook you want to print.

Step 2

Move the cursor to the beginning of the eBook. Press the select wheel. Click "Add Highlight." Move the cursor throughout the entire eBook to highlight all of its text.

Step 3

Attach the Kindle to your computer by placing one end of its USB cable into the computers USB port and the other end into the Kindle's data port.

Step 4

Open the Kindle folder that appears on the computer after you have connected the device to the computer.

Step 5

Copy and paste the eBook you highlighted to your desktop. Double-click the file to open it. Click "File," "Print." Your Kindle eBook will now print through your printer.
