How to Print Documents From Microsoft Word 2010

By Steven S. Warren

Microsoft Word 2010 is the successor to Microsoft Word 2007. Printing documents in Word 2010 has been redesigned to include features such as collation, paper orientation, margins, copies, single sided, and double-sided. As you choose your features, a print preview is available to show selected changes "on-the-fly."

Step 1

Click "Start," "All Programs," "Microsoft Office," "Microsoft Word 2010." Alternatively, you can type "word" in the instant search field and "Microsoft Word 2010" appears in the list for you to select.

Step 2

Click "File," "Print." A new printing options page appears where you can choose the printer from the pull-down menu and select your printing options.

Step 3

Select the number of copies you want and click "Print."
