How to Remove Fastclick Tracking Cookies

By Edmund Lukavics

Fastclick tracking cookies are small files that install themselves onto your computer as you browse the Internet. These cookies then report your Internet browsing activity to the company that designed it. If you want to delete any Fastclick tracking cookies that have been installed on your computer system, you can do so from the "Delete Browsing History" menu.

Step 1

Click the "Start" button, then type "inetcpl.cpl" into the search box located at the bottom of the "Start" menu and then press "Enter."

Step 2

Click the "Delete" button located in the general tab of the "Internet Properties" menu.

Step 3

Click the box located next to "Cookies" to check mark it, then click "Delete." This will delete all cookies from the browser.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you have an antivirus program installed on the computer, run it after manually deleting the browser's cookies to ensure that no malicious files were left installed.
