How to Repair MSN Premium
MSN Premium, an Internet service by Microsoft, lets you access the Internet, download files and transmit emails as well as chat with others via the MSN Messenger service. But like other Internet services, problems do arise including Internet connection and timeout errors. These problems can put a halt on your file downloads, email transmissions and website searches, but you can repair your computer's MSN Premium application and Internet connection using the service's MSN Auto Care package.

Open your computer's Internet browser. Note, if your MSN Premium service is not working, you will need to use a friend's or family member's computer that is connected to the Internet.
