By Palmer Owyoung

Samsung phones are among the most popular phones available. Despite their appeal, you still have to know how to use a Samsung phone and if you're like most people, sometimes you get clumsy and delete calls from your log that you need. If this is the case, don't worry--there is a way to retrieve them.

Things You'll Need

  • Cell phone data extraction tool

Step 1

Find a cell phone data extraction tool. The CSI Stick and Cell Phone Spy Elite are two products that you may want to consider.

Step 2

Install the software application that comes with the kits by inserting the CD rom into your computer and following the instructions.

Step 3

Get the data from your phone by removing the SIM card from behind the battery in your phone. Slide the card into your Cell Phone Spy Elite device. The CSI stick will actually attach directly to the bottom of your phone. Press the "Download Data" button.

Step 4

Attach the device to the USB port on your computer.

Step 5

Go to the start menu and open the software application that you installed earlier.

Step 6

At the top left of the program, go to "File" and "View Call Logs." A list of previously made calls will appear, with the deleted ones appearing in red. Go to the calls and select "Undelete."
