How to Send a Text Message to a Cell Phone From a PC
Sending a text message to a cell phone from a PC is necessary if you do not have a text-capable phone, or if you find it more convenient to send text messages from the comfort of your computer. Most cell phone carriers provide customers with email addresses that allow text messages to be sent to a regular email address that forwards messages to the cell phone user. In addition to sending the text from a PC via email, you can also send a message via AOL Instant Messenger.
