How to Send Mobile Pics to Facebook
Many mobile phones are equipped with a digital camera that you can use to capture the special moments in your life. Once you have taken pictures on your phone, you may want to share them with your Facebook friends. Smartphone users can upload photos using the Facebook Mobile application. Fortunately, an alternate method is available that anyone with a standard cellphone can use to upload photos to Facebook via an email client. To upload photos in this way, you will need to log in to your Facebook account and register for a personalized upload email address.
Open a Web browser on your computer and go to Facebook.com/mobile. Sign in to your Facebook account by entering your username and password.
Click "Send My Upload Email to Me Now." A pop-up window opens displaying your registered email address.
Click the email address drop-down menu and enter the correct email address for your cellphone in the input field or select a previously registered email address. Click the "Send Email" button.
Launch the email client on your mobile phone and check your inbox for an email from Facebook. Open the email and copy the personalized upload email address from the body of the message.
Create a new email message in your cellphone's email client. Attach the photo that you want to upload to Facebook.
Type details about the photo into the email "Subject" field. Facebook will use these details to caption your photo.
Type the upload email address you copied in Step 6 into the email address field.
Send the email. Your photo and caption will be published on your Facebook homepage and profile page. The post will also appear in your friends' news feeds.

- Save the upload email address you receive from Facebook on your cellphone. You can use it the next time you want to upload a photo to Facebook.
- Use the same procedure to upload video clips from your cellphone to Facebook.
- You can update your Facebook status by entering text into the email "Subject" field and sending an email without a photo or video attachment.
- Check your carrier network's data transfer policies and fees before uploading large image files using the email client on your cellphone.
