Both the iPod Touch and iPod Nano place the time and date settings in the Settings app, rather than in the Clock app itself. In the settings, adjust the clock manually or pick a time zone to shift the clock accordingly. The two iPod platforms differ slightly in their clock features: The Touch can set its clock automatically, while the Nano requires manual setup. The Nano, on the other hand, offers multiple styles for the Clock app.
To set the time on an iPod Touch running iOS 7 or iOS 8, open the Settings app, tap "General" and then press "Date & Time." By default, iOS updates the time automatically over the Internet. To set the time manually, switch off "Set Automatically," tap the button showing the current time and use the on-screen wheels to set the clock. Press "Time Zone" to change your region and adjust the time. If you move between time zones frequently, open the Clock app to the World Clock tab and tap "+" to add clocks for additional areas.
Swipe left on the home screen of a seventh-generation iPod Nano to find the Settings app. Open it, tap "General" and then pick "Date & Time" to set the time and time zone. The iPod Nano includes alternate clock faces, which you can set in the "Clock Face" menu under "Date & Time." If you pick an alternate clock face, however, you can't use the world clock to display times in multiple cities at once.
