How to Sync iPhone Calendars to Outlook 2007
Your iPhone came with a default Calendar application that allows you to keep track of your appointments. To save time in entering data, you can sync your iPhone with your Outlook 2007 calendar. This automatically puts your appointments, birthdays and holidays onto your iPhone without double entry. Before you can do this, you have to set up Outlook to sync to your iPhone in iTunes.
Plug your iPhone into your computer using your USB cord. Open iTunes on your personal computer.
Click your iPhone in the left navigation pane. It is located under the "Devices" header.
Press the "Info" button at the top of the screen.
Check the box next to "Sync Calendars." Click the drop-down box and choose "Outlook" from the list of options.
Press the "Sync" button. It is located in the bottom-right corner.
