How to Tether an iPhone to a Mac

By KR Knowlin

The Internet tethering function on your iPhone allows you to share the device's cellular network connection with your Mac computer. This way, you can access the Web on your Mac without a traditional wired or wireless network. Set up the iPhone Internet tethering to your Mac so you can browse the Web, check email and perform other activities. Fees may apply to tethering. Contact your cellular provider for details of your service plan.
