How to Turn Off the McAfee Security Center

Right-click on the "McAfee" icon in the system's tray to launch the McAfee SecurityCenter.
Select the "Advanced" tab and the "Configure" option.
Select "Files" in the toolbar.
Enter a date and time for the McAfee Security Center to turn on again, or let it turn back on when you restart the system.
