How to Uninstall the Yahoo Toolbar

By Michelle Varsallona

When you download something from Yahoo! the installation program will generally ask you if you want to install the Yahoo! Toolbar. At first, it may seem like a good idea, but later you may realize you don't need it or it's causing issues with your browser. Depending on which version you have of the toolbar, you have two different options for uninstalling it. Older versions have an uninstall option right on the bar, while newer ones do not.
