How to Unlock Dish Network Receiver 322
The Dish Network is a satellite television service provider similar to DirecTV. In order to receive Dish Network programming onto your television set, you need to have a receiver that is responsible for translating the Dish Network signal into something your television can work with. The 322 Dish Network receiver is a duo receiver, which means it can control two TVs, and it has special features such as parental locks that help keep certain features of the receiver and certain channels of the receiver safe from the use of strangers or children.

Go to the channel you wish to watch but have a lock on. A message will appear that lets you know there is a lock on that channel.
Type in the four-digit PIN number lock you’ve placed on the system using the remote control.
Select “OK” by pressing the “Enter” button on your remote control.
Press the “Menu” button on your remote and select the “Locks” option.
Select the “Unlock System” option.
Enter the four-digit PIN number lock and select “OK.” Repeat this step to confirm your actions.
Unlocking Without the PIN
Call the Dish Network customer service number to speak with a customer service representative or technical support agent. The Dish Network customer service number is 1-800-823-4929.
Follow the steps offered by the operator or press “0” on your telephone until you are transferred to a representative.
Tell the representative that you wish to unlock your 322 receiver but don’t have your PIN number available. You will be asked to confirm your identity by giving the representative your name, address, telephone number, and account PIN number or the last four digits of the account holder’s Social Security number.You must be the account holder or an authorized user on the account in order to get help from the representative. The representative will send a “Parental Hit” to your account, which will disable all locks on all receivers on your account.
