How to Unshare Your Calendar

Calendar sharing is a feature offered in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. This feature allows users to share their Outlook calendars with multiple email contacts. This is convenient for business-related matters and group scheduling. Outlook Office 2007 has a simple interface making it relatively easy to use. With just a basic knowledge of the program, you can easily unshare your calendar if you do not wish to share it anymore.

Step 1

Open up Office Outlook 2007 on your computer.

Step 2

Select "Calendar" in the navigational panel located on the left side of the screen.

Step 3

Right-click the calendar under the "My Calendars" heading that you wish to unshare and select "Change Sharing Permissions".

Step 4

Select the "Permissions" tab in the dialog box and select the names of the contacts with whom you want to stop sharing the calendar.

Step 5

Click "Remove" and then click "OK" to save your settings and close the dialog box.
