How to Upload Photos to eBay
EBay is an online auctioning website that allows you to post items to the website's interface and auction them over an extended period of time. When selling an item on eBay, it is important to give bidders an image of the object being sold so that they know exactly what it is they are bidding on. EBay allows you to upload photos to support your items in a few simple steps.
Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to the eBay homepage. Click the "Sign In" link at the top of the eBay homepage, type your eBay User ID and password in the spaces provided and click the "Sign In" button to sign in to your eBay account.
Move your mouse cursor over the "Sell" tab at the top of the eBay page and select the "Sell an Item" option. On the "Welcome Sellers" page, click the "List Your Item" button.
Type the UPC, ISBN or keyword for your item in the space provided and click the "Search" button. Click the item you want to sell from the search results. Click the "Go" button under the "Keep it Simple" heading to start the item posting process.
Scroll down to the "Bring your item to life with pictures" section of the "Create your listing" page and click the "Add a Photo" button.
Click the "Choose File" button in the pop-up window that appears. Locate the picture file you want to use in the eBay posting on the computer's hard drive, highlight it and click the "Open" button. Click the "Upload" button to upload the file to the eBay website.
Repeat Steps four and five for any additional photos you want to use for your eBay listing.
Fill in the additional information for your eBay item, including its price, description and payment method. Click the "Save and Preview" button to preview the eBay posting and finalize the eBay posting.
