How to View Verizon Wireless Call History

You might be curious as to why your Verizon Wireless bill is higher this month than what it normally is. The reason for the change could be found in the call history for your Verizon cell phone. By examining the call history, you can see if you went over your minutes or called any numbers outside Verizon's Mobile to Mobile service. Verizon Wireless call history can be checked both on a Verizon cell phone as well as on Verizon's online billing website.

Step

Begin by signing onto your Verizon Wireless online account (see Resources). You must create a Verizon online account if you do not already have one.

Select the “My Bill” tab.

Scroll down until you find the “Billing Statement” header.

Click the drop box under “Billing Statement.” Choose the time period you wish to review.

Click the “View and Print Bill” link. The statement will then open as a PDF.

Step

Browse through your bill until you see the “Voice” header. Underneath that will be the Verizon Wireless call history for the time period you selected.

Using your Phone

Turn the Verizon cell phone on. Then, go to the phone's main menu screen.

Scroll to “Recent Calls.” Click “OK.”

Highlight one of the four options listed. You can select from “Missed,” “Received,” “Dialed” and all.

Click “OK.”

Press the down arrow to scroll through each of the calls listed on the Verizon phone.
