I Cannot Open Links in Microsoft Outlook 2007
A normal day can quickly be turned on its head when a program you use does not work properly. Sometimes an email in Outlook 2007 won't link to the website you need to access. This problem is a result of installing or removing a web browser, which will change the default browser automatically. Once you reset it to your preferred installed web browser, all the links in Outlook 2007 will open again.
Things You'll Need
- Microsoft Outlook
- Your preferred web browser installed
Click on the "Start" bar and select "Default programs".
Choose "Set your default programs".
Click on your preferred browser from the list on the right and choose "Set this program as default".
Close Microsoft Outlook and re-open it. Open an email with a hyperlink and click on one to confirm the problem is solved.
