Is There Any Way to Recover a Deleted Voice Mail?
If you accidentally slip up and delete a message you want to save when retrieving your voice mail, there is a chance you can get the message back. Most voice mail systems give you the option to listen to your deleted messages as long as you don't hang up. Carriers sometimes clean out old messages or have limits on the age of a voice mail message, so keeping a message stored in voice mail is not a long-term solution.

Tips & Warnings
- If your message is important, consider recording it. You can access your cellular voice mail from a land line, then record it onto an answering machine. If you have a voice recorder, you can use speakerphone to record the message.
- Don't hang up the phone if you accidentally deleted a message. Once you disconnect from the voice mail system, the message can't be retrieved.
