MS Outlook Won't Display Pictures

Blocking automatic picture downloads is a security feature Microsoft Outlook turns on by default. When this feature is active, Outlook replaces pictures embedded in messages with red "x" placeholders. You can turn off picture blocking message by message, by picture in the message, by sender, or allow automatic picture downloads for all e-mails with embedded pictures. Turning off the blocking feature allows you to view pictures in messages.
