My Contact Picture in Outlook 2007 Is Not Displaying

By James Stone

Outlook 2007 allows you to upload pictures that you can use as your personal avatar. This contact picture or avatar identifies you and appears when sending messages to your contacts. However, contact images can fail to load correctly because of an incompatible image file format or an image exceeding a maximum size. The most common image file format is the .JPEG format. You can attempt to solve this issue by uploading a smaller picture in the .JPEG file format.
