Clearly above average. Only a couple of issues keep this from being best in class.

based on the following sites

PROS

  • The optical image stabilization added to the device's camera makes it one of the best smartphone cameras available.
  • Software customizations can take advantage of the large screen to turn the device into landscape mode and view two-column apps.
  • The battery life of the iPhone 6 Plus is more than sufficient to get through a busy workday.

CONS

  • The device is awkward to hold in one hand, leading you to feel like you're going to drop it.
  • The lines across the back of the device (which function as the antenna) don't do the device any favors in the looks department.
  • Android devices have been this size for a while, giving Android makers an advantage over Apple when it comes to leveraging the screen.
Apple’s biggest iPhone to date is the iPhone 6 Plus. With a screen measuring 5.5 inches, the iPhone 6 Plus is undoubtedly a phablet, boasting an 8 MP camera with optical image stabilization, a 2915 mAh battery, and Apple’s Touch ID fingerprint reader. The iPhone 6 Plus is available in gray, silver, or gold across the major U.S. wireless carriers.

Great Phone! Dropping It Less!
I love it! I can see the screen and the camera is amazing compared to the old 5 I had. I wish the plastic on the back of the case was all metal. But really, I love the phone. I loved the square edges on the 5, but I think I cracked the screen twice on that one and dropped it a lot. Surprisingly, I don’t drop my 6+ anywhere near as often even though it’s bigger, feels thinner, and has slippery curved edges.

Tablet replacer
I love my iPhone 6 Plus. The battery life is better than any phone I've every had, I only need to plug it in when I sleep. The picture quality of the camera is excellent. I said for a long time I would never buy a 6 or 6 Plus because of how big they are. I bought the 6 Plus anyways and hardly use my iPad anymore because the 6 Plus screen is big enough to play games and comfortably browse the web. The main downside is that the phone is pretty big, and even though it surprisingly fits in my pants pocket, it's kind of difficult to pull it out, especially when sitting down, but I solved that problem by buying an Apple Watch.

Love the camera quality!
At first it was very awkward to use because the size is so much bigger than all of the other iPhones, but once I got used to it I don't think I'll ever go back to a smaller screen! The camera is awesome and takes better pictures than my little digital cannon camera! I love it! The only problems I've had so far were sensitivity issues with the screen but I've gotten used to it.

Oversized screen, optical image stabilization, massive battery
The 6 plus really offers everything you could want in a phone. It gives you all the battery life you could ask for, beautiful optical image stabilization on the camera, and more real estate than you should be entitled to 24/7 in your pocket. The problem is that it really doesn't fit like I would like in my pocket. I value the screen increase in the 6 but cannot justify the added challenge of toting around that extra screen size or battery weight at all times. It is not the right choice for me but some really appreciate the size. I want my phone small, my tablet large (not the mini size), and my computer has lately been shifting towards the desktop direction of being biggest.
