PROS

  • The PowerShot SX410 IS has a comfortable, ergonomic grip.
  • The long-range 40x lens makes this camera appropriate in many shooting situations.
  • A new "Eco Mode" extends the battery life.

CONS

  • Images have noise at all ISO levels.
  • The camera is unable to capture video at 1080p, which we expect at this point.
  • This model lacks manual controls, which limits your ability to control your shots.
Armed with a massive 40x optical zoom with a range equivalent to 24-960 mm, the fixed lens Canon PowerShot SX410 IS provides incredible versatility without the need to tote additional lenses. Available in red or black, this model provides a slew of creative shooting modes, while Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity make it easy to wirelessly connect to smartphones, tablets, and printers.

Good Canon build. My only problem is that it is so hard to hold it still for a clear non fuzzy picture. Great lightweight camera.

The lack of image quality and control over your photos makes this a bit disappointing as a "high-end" point-n-shoot camera.
