Bass response is right where it should be for workout music without overpowering the rest of the range...Nothing about the Hellas’ sound signature or detail was offensive; in fact, we wish they were more comfortable to wear for longer periods. Call quality was good, and battery life was great.

The touchpad detected my finger movements accurately, and I had little problem playing, pausing, or skipping tracks, or adjusting the volume. One caveat: The Hellas can be turned on or off with a four-second hold, but my pockets and bag occasionally registered as a prolonged touch, turning the headphones on without me knowing.
