  • The Pulse Ox has a two-week battery life. Its power save mode provides up to an extra 24 hours of tracking.
  • The Withings Health Mate mobile apps for Android and iOS are well-designed and easy to use.
  • Physically, the Pulse Ox is a good- looking device and can be clipped on your pants or worn on your wrist with the included band.

CONS

  • The OLED display isn't always on and is difficult to see in sunlight.
  • Sleep tracking on the Pulse Ox requires you to manually turn it on before you go to sleep and turn it off when you wake up.
  • The blood oxygen feature's usefulness is questionable, and the app doesn't save a history of readings.
