A solid product. Despite some flaws, it's still a good value.

PROS

  • The Axon Pro's screen is sharp and bright.
  • At only $450, this is a solid device.
  • The Hi-Fi audio really does sound better than competing solutions from other smartphone manufacturers.

CONS

  • The design isn't anything that screams "look at me!" It's an average design for an average device.
  • Battery life is sub-par despite the big battery.
  • There's no expandable storage and the Axon Pro only comes with one size of storage: 32 GB. Ouch.
ZTE's Axon Pro is a 5.5-inch device that features Hi-Fi audio, 3,000 mAh battery, 4GB of memory, 32GB of storage, 13 MP camera, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. The first in a line of devices scheduled to be released under the Axon name, the Axon Pro offers an off-contract option for those Android users who don't want to deal with carriers.
